F4YP is a lifeline for Bedfordshire young people and their families. Our service provides early intervention support to those further impacted by the pandemic and now the cost-of-living crisis, many of whom may have experienced social isolation, financial difficulty, family breakdown and may struggle to access other support.
There are lots of ways you can help:

Resources
We need lots of resources to run our service, from sports equipment to STEM materials and cookery ingredients. We are always looking for donations.
Here’s a list of things we are currently in need of:
Office Printer
Mobile Phone handsets (iPhone)
Goggles and swimming hats- 20 sets needed a year
Books for 1:1 reading
Water shoes for water sports on the river- 30 pairs needed a year in a range of sizes
Cooking ingredients (donations towards the amount of £500)
Sports Equipment:
Bibs
Kin Ball

F4YP relies on the support of volunteers to deliver elements of our service including 1:1 support.
Current volunteering needs are:
1:1 readers at holiday clubs
Support at after school multi activity club on Mondays
As most of our volunteering roles are working with children, we require volunteers to complete DBS checks, online safeguarding and prevent training, read our key policies and sign a volunteer contract.
