Important Information

New to Fun 4 Young People?
Please read our registration process before booking. If your young person has not attended before, you can sign them up directly for a holiday club.

Can my child attend if they have SEND needs?
Before booking, please read our School Visit & EHCP Process.
Around 36% of our young people have SEND/SEMH needs, receive 1:1 support in school, have an EHCP, or are ESOL learners. Due to the nature of our funding, we are unfortunately unable to provide 1:1 support or supervision during sessions.

Why is there a cost for a bursary ticket?
For our summer provision, our 5-day courses cost £15 per young person for the week. This contribution helps cover the cost of activities and resources throughout the summer programme. If you have any questions, please contact the team.

Tickets Explained
If you are unsure which ticket to book, please read our Tickets Explained guide before booking.
Please ensure you book the correct ticket type. If your ticket type is fully booked, do not book an alternative ticket, as this may result in your booking being cancelled. Please get in contact with the team to join our waiting list.
