Sophie is F4YP’s Chief Executive Officer, leading and representing the charity to ensure its aims meet the needs of young people. She develops strategic plans and annual budgets, drives fundraising, builds strong community and partner relationships, works closely with the board of trustees, and fosters a culture that reflects F4YP’s values and mission.

Sarah Collins
Head of Operations
Sarah is F4YP’s Head of Operations, overseeing the charity’s day-to-day activities and supporting the CEO to deliver strategic plans and budgets. She ensures holistic pastoral support for young people, acts as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintains strong relationships with schools, families, and partners, and drives the development of programmes that meet children’s needs while achieving funding, health & safety, and safeguarding goals.

Pastoral & Well-being Champion
Sophie provides holistic pastoral support for young people, focusing on wellbeing and emotional support. She works closely with families, schools, and partner agencies to meet children’s needs and service outcomes, while supporting the smooth delivery of after-school and holiday activities and helping develop programmes that align with educational and funder priorities.

Charley-Ella Knights-Nizzardi
Pastoral & Engagement Champion
​Charley provides holistic pastoral support to young people and their families, focusing on engagement, enjoyment, and wraparound care. They work closely with families, schools, and partner agencies to meet young people’s needs and service outcomes, while supporting the smooth delivery of after-school and holiday activities and helping develop programmes that align with educational and funder priorities.

Danielle Porteous
Family Support Worker
​Danielle supports families and children by building trusting relationships, understanding their needs, and providing practical guidance. She works closely with school staff to ensure tailored support, connecting families with the right resources and fostering strong communication and collaboration.

Ravi Duggal
Outreach Worker
Ravi provides holistic pastoral care and wellbeing support for young people while ensuring the smooth running of after-school clubs, holiday activities, and wellbeing programmes. He offers one-to-one and group support, manages activity logistics, maintains safeguarding and records, and builds strong relationships with young people, families, schools, and local partners to support development and promote F4YP’s values.

Cerise Shulver
Youth Worker & FUN-Raiser Champion
Cerise provides holistic pastoral support during after-school and holiday activities, ensuring they meet the needs of young people and funder outcomes. She promotes F4YP within the community, maintains relationships with schools and partners, and drives fundraising initiatives through corporate and community partnerships. Cerise also oversees volunteer engagement, social media, and marketing to strengthen the charity’s profile.

Malia Munoz
Youth Worker
Malia provides holistic pastoral support for young people and their families, focusing on engagement, enjoyment, and wraparound care. She co-leads our secondary project, shaping and delivering after-school clubs for 12–16-year-olds in under-served areas, and works closely with schools, families, and partner agencies to ensure activities meet young people’s needs. Malia also supports programme delivery and development, aligning activities with educational frameworks and funder requirements.

James King
Our Chair of Trustees, James King, is an experienced charity Chair with a background in financial services. Having grown up in a low-income, single-parent household, James strongly relates to the children and young people we support and credits a youth worker with shaping his future. He joined the Board following our transition to independence and continues to use his local network to support fundraising and partnerships.

Claire Rulton
Claire Rulton, is an experienced accountant and educator with over 25 years in the industry. As owner of Addison Accounts & Training and TRF, she provides accountancy training and runs a successful practice. Claire brings financial expertise and a commitment to education, supporting F4YP’s strategic development and sustainability.

Rebecca Ireland
Rebecca is a charity sector management professional with experience in operational leadership, safeguarding and fundraising. She is currently Business Operations Manager at a mental health charity and previously oversaw the F4YP programme at IH&S. Rebecca acts as our Data Protection Officer and Safeguarding Trustee, bringing strong knowledge of the project and valuable connections with funders, young people and families.

Caroline Downing
Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in education, having worked as a primary teacher, PE Subject Leader, SENDCo and Programme Leader for a PGCE/QTS route. Caroline is now Head of Education Partnerships at a Bedford-based charity, working closely with schools and partners to help disadvantaged primary pupils thrive.

Peter Cohen
Peter Cohen OBE, is an experienced school leader with extensive expertise in SEMH and alternative provision. He has led special schools to Outstanding Ofsted judgements, supported the development of new provisions and worked closely with local authorities at a strategic level. Awarded an OBE for services to education in 2025, Peter brings strong leadership experience and a clear commitment to supporting vulnerable young people.
