Colour Run
This vibrant community event welcomes runners of all ages for a day filled with energy, laughter, and colour-splashed excitement.

1K Family Loop – Perfect for families with young children. Walk, jog, or dance your way to the finish!

2K Junior Run (Ages 8–14) – A fun, active challenge just for our young runners.

5K Run (Ages 14+) –Ready to take on a full, colourful course?
Important: We recommend wearing a white T-shirt to enjoy the full colour experience.
Eye protection is advised.
Please note: this activity is not suitable for anyone with a cornflour allergy.

Wild Swimathon
Take on the F4YP 12-Loop Challenge: one lake circuit every hour on the hour for 12 hours, enjoy the unique experience of swimming through an entire day.
Not swimming solo? Form a team of four and complete the loops together, with one swimmer in the water each hour across the full 12-hour event.

When: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Format: Swimming available for up to 12 hours! Enter the water on the hour and exit whenever you need — the challenge is yours to pace.
Children aged 10 and above can swim but must be accompanied by an adult.
Tow floats must be worn. They are available to hire on site, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

10k Challenge
Push your limits and enjoy the thrill with our 10K Run! Designed for runners of all abilities, this course offers the perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment.

Atmosphere: Supportive, energetic, and fun — with cheering stations, water stops, and a vibrant finish line

This event is proudly organised by Fun 4 Young People, and all proceeds — including any individual sponsorship — go directly toward supporting our work. Every penny raised is dedicated exclusively to F4YP. We kindly ask that attendees do not use this event to fundraise for any other cause.
Tickets
Duathlon ticket - £50
Choose between the 5K Colour Run or the 10K Run and pair with an all-day swimming ticket — the perfect way to train for a duathlon or just enjoy a full day of fitness and fun.
Swimathon Ticket - £35
Includes 12 hour entry to the open water lake, enter on the hour, exit any time.

1k Family Loop ticket - £20 - Includes 2 adults 4 children.
2k Junior Colour Run ticket - £10 - Entry fee for one junior aged 8-14.
5k Colour run - £20 -Entry fee for one person. (Age 14+)
10k Endurance - £20 - Take on the challenge for our 10k run - are you ready to go the distance?
Under 16s must be supervised by an adult, onsite, at all times.

Important
All participants, regardless of the event, must complete a Box End Waiver before purchasing a ticket. You will not be able to participate without a completed waiver.

The nearest train station is Bedford. Bedford Station has direct access to London St Pancras. A taxi rank is located outside the station. 4 miles from Box End Park.
